Dollye Labs is the operating company behind a portfolio of niche job and vendor directories. The thesis is straightforward: employment is one of the largest economic surfaces in the country and remains poorly served by generalist platforms. Specialization wins. Trades, hospitality, the arts, the outdoors — each has its own hiring culture, its own vocabulary, and its own places people look for work.

We invest in and operate directories at the seams of those categories. We do not consolidate them into a single brand. We do not run them with shared homepages. Each directory has its own identity, its own audience, and its own bar for what gets published.

How we operate

• Decentralized brands. Each directory is run as its own product. Branding, editorial voice, and pricing are calibrated to its industry, not to a shared template.
• Long horizon. We treat employment categories as decade-scale projects. The goal is to become the reference directory for each, not to chase quarterly growth.
• Owner-operated. Dollye Labs is independent. There is no outside capital, no exit plan, and no pressure to merge brands for a multiple.
• Quiet. We don't publish press releases, attend conferences, or operate social accounts. The directories themselves are the work.

What we don't do
